Thanksgiving ShakeUp


Alright everyone,

It's time to shake it up and try something new!  So, here is a challenge for each of you:

Thanksgiving Workout
Beginning Monday, November 5th, complete each of the following exercises each day (Mon-Sat).  Add one additional rep to each exercise from now until Thanksgiving Day.  Your reward?  A guilt free trip to Thanksgiving dinner!

Beginning Exercises:
5 squats
4 lunges
3 pushups
2 sit-ups
1 burpee

So, day two (November 6th) you would do:
6 squats
5 lunges
4 pushups
3 sit-ups
2 burpees

And so on, and so forth, until Thanksgiving Day, when you should do:
20 squats
19 lunges
18 pushups
17 sit-ups
16 burpees
