Week Eleven Results

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!  I hope you all had a great turkey day.  It would seem that we're split into two groups this week: those who reported and those who didn't.  I'm hoping those that didn't report still weighed and didn't let a little holiday cheer ruin their long term goals of weight loss.  We're in the down stretch now, and one holiday is over.  If you succeeded, keep your plan and continue to follow it.  If your plan didn't work so well, scrap it and try another.  That's the joy of weight loss!  You can always keep trying!  Good luck to everyone in Week 12!
